Shigumchi Namul - Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

1         pound         fresh spinach -- washed and trimmed
2         tablespoons   soy sauce
1         tablespoon    sesame oil
1         teaspoon      sugar
2         teaspoons     toasted sesame seeds
 

Preparation:

Wash the spinach leaves well and trim the tough stems off. Steam the spinach for a few minutes until tender. Drain immediately, then squeeze dry with hands. Take out as much excess water as possible. Slice roughly. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the spinach. Mix well. Serve warm or chilled.
