     1/2           cup  onion
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
  1           teaspoon  sugar
  2          teaspoons  panang curry base
     1/4           cup  fresh basil
 

Preparation:

1. combine ground beef, onion, salt, sugar, panang curry base and fresh basil. 2. mix together well. 3. shape into 4 patties. 4. broil for 15-20 minutes, depending on desired doneness, turning once during cooking. 5. serve on a bun or a roll.
