     1/2      teaspoon  cinnamon
  2          teaspoons  sugar
  2          teaspoons  peanut oil
 

Preparation:

in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. use small amounts in sauteed meats or vegetables.
