Ingredients:

  1/2     cup           all purpose flour
  1/2     cup           fine dry bread crumbs or
  1/2     cup           cornflake or cracker crumbs -- crushed
 2        tablespoons   cornstarch
 2        teaspoons     granulated sugar
 2        teaspoons     chicken bouillon granules
 2        teaspoons     poultry seasoning
 2        teaspoons     paprika
 1        teaspoon      salt -- or to taste
 1        teaspoon      onion powder
  1/2     teaspoon      garlic powder
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and store in container with tight-fitting lid.
