Cover loosely and microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir in onion, nuts, curry powder, salt and garlic. Cover loosely and microwave on high 1 minute or until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in couscous and parsley. Cover loosely and microwave on high 1 minute or until mixture is hot. |
