   1 1/2  cups          Couscous
     1/4                Pound bulk pork sausage
   1      medium        Onion -- chopped (1/2 cup)
     1/4  cup           Pistachio nuts -- Coarsely chopped
     1/2  teaspoon      Curry powder
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
   1      Clove         Garlic -- finely chopped
   1      tablespoon    Chopped fresh parsley
 

Preparation:

Brilliant green pistachios have been prized in the Middle East for. Prepare couscous as directed on package. Cook pork, onion, nuts, curry powder, salt and garlic in 10-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in couscous and parsley. Cook and stir over medium heat about 2 minutes or until mixture is hot. To Microwave Prepare couscous as directed on package. Crumble pork into 2-quart microwavable casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir in onion, nuts, curry powder, salt and garlic. Cover loosely and microwave on high 1 minute or until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in couscous and parsley. Cover loosely and microwave on high 1 minute or until mixture is hot.
