Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend muffin mix, 2 tablespoons milk, egg and vanilla. Spread in 8 x 8 inch pan. In saucepan, heat milk, butter and frosting mix. When butter melts, pour mixture over batter in pan. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired. Makes 6 servings. |
