Ingredients:

   2      Tablespoons   butter or margarine
   2      Tablespoons   flour
   1      Cup           half and half
   2      Cups          Cream Style Corn
                        Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
                        dash hot sauce
     1/2  Cup           seasoned bread crumbs =BD cup shredded
                        Swiss cheese
 

Preparation:

Place butter in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) until melte= d, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour. Blend in milk Stir in corn, salt, pepper and hot sauce Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. Stir. Recover. Microwave at medium high (70%) until center is se= t but not dry. Sprinkle on bread crumbs and cheese. Microwave at medium hig= h (70%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
