Ingredients:

   2                    eggs
   1      c             milk
   1      c             sugar
   1      c             dates -- chopped
     1/2  c             butter (1 stick)
   1      T             all-purpose flour
   1      t             baking powder
     1/2  c             pecans -- chopped
                        whipped cream

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients except whipped cream; pour into greased bread pans. Bake in 325 F. oven for 1 hour. Spoon out of pan and top with whipped cream.
