Ingredients:

     1/3  cup           butter or margarine
     1/2  cup           flour
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      cup           sauteed mushrooms
   4      ounces        pimientos -- drained
   1 1/2  cups          milk
   1 1/2  cups          chicken broth
   3      cups          lobster, shrimp or fake crabmeat
   3      tablespoons   sherry -- up to 4 tblsp.
                        paprika
 

Preparation:

Melt margarine and blend in flour and salt. Add milk and chicken broth all at once. Cook; stirring constantly til thick and bubbly. Add mushrooms, fish and pimento. Heat through. Serve over toast points or rice.
