Preparation:
clean and scale fish, scrub well inside and out dry with a clean towel place into a shallow baking dish combine soy, sesame oil, wine, chiles, ginger, and garlic-mix well pour mixture in and over fish cover with foil and chill for 2 hours, turn chill for another 2 hours bake, covered, @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until flesh flakes easily remove to a heated platter garnish with scallion fans serve hot |
