Ingredients:

  2               cups  cooked grits
  1                     egg
                        cornmeal
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1                     tall can salmon -- rinsed
 

Preparation:

After cooking grits, cool and add salt. Add egg and salmon. Mix together well. Mold into long cakes and roll in cornmeal. Fry very crisp.
