Preparation:
Using a gas grill, I use a low to medium flame. Place the chicken and brush with the dressing. Turn every 10 minutes to insure even cooking and watch for flare-ups. Every time you turn the chicken, brush with more dressing. While the chicken is cooking, if you have a "warmer rack" (second level) place your squash afte cutting them in half length-wise. Also brush them with the dressing. Cook until chicken runs clear after being poked with a knife. Squash is done when skin blisters and fleshy part is tender. Chicken usually takes about 45 minutes for my grill. |
