Mercimek Köftesi ( boulette de lentille)

Serves: 40 boulettes for 10 perso
Healthy snack accompany lunchtime to ayran/yogurt diluted in some water) or a cup of tea with some green leaves as lettuce
 

Ingredients:

2 glass  of lentils
2 glass of fine grain bulgour especially ground for such dishes
1/2 cup of oilve oil
3 teaspoon cumin
2-3 teaspoon salt
2-3 teaspoon piment
juice of 1-2 lemon
2-3 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 botte of fresh mint or 1-2 tablespoon dried mint 
1 botte parsley cutted finely 
1 little botte of fresh onion (green )or 1 big onion cutted into cubes
Lettuce , tomatoes, cucumber to garnish
 

Preparation:

Wash and drain the lentilles and make them boil with 3-4 glass of water. When it start to smooth enough to eat cut the fire and add all of bulgour into it. And cover it.Then when all the liquid dissapear let it cool. Then add all other ingredients except the garnis salads.When all of them mixed well ass taste and smell divide into 5 -6 cm long cylindrique pieces. Garnish with extra parsley slices of lemon with slices of cucumber tomatoes end lettuce
