rosemary chicken

lovely fusion of rosemary and orange and easy to do
 

Ingredients:

4-6 chicken breasts
1 cup off fresh orange juice
2tbsps fresh chopped rosemary
2tbsps maple syrup
salt and fresh ground pepper
1 glass maderia or white wine
 

Preparation:

season the chicken, slash lines into breast and rub the rosemary in,add the orange juice then seal in plastic bag and fridge for 2-8 hrs drain the marinade off the chicken and griddle the chicken in hot pan for 5-8 mins each side in another pan heat the orange juice, wine or maderia and syrup then reduce until syrupy finally add the chicken and make sure it is well coated serve with either saute potatoes or rice
