Rich and Healthy Hummus

Serves: 3-4
A dip to drop your cucumbers, carrots etc.or to spread on breads
 

Ingredients:

1 cup of chickpea flour
2 spoon of flaxseed
2 spoon of crushed raisin seed 
1/2 cup of tahini(sugarless)
1 spoon of hot chilli peppers(drşed and crushed)
2 spoon of cumin 
salt
1 and a half or 2 lemon juice 
1 cup crushed grilled peanuts (with shell)
3-4 cloves of garlic
 
 

Preparation:

Turn 5-10 minutes chickpea flour in a hot pan to make tham cooked taste.When colled, add tahini and lemon juices and spices and than mix all ingredients to make a thick dip.Wait 1-2 hours(to male the all ingredients tastes comes out)
