Course : Cucumbers

Serves: 1 cup for each person
Served as side dish with kebabs and any kind of pilavs,especially bulgur pilav or alone in Turkish tables
 

Ingredients:

For 4 persons
4 cucumbers cut into littler cubes 
1-2 garlic cloves 
3 cup plain (turkish) yogurt 
Dry mint (2 tablespoon
Good quality virgin olive oil( 1-3 teaspoon for each cup)
Half cup of water
Salt
 

Preparation:

You prepare first cucumbers.Add cruched garlics.Add yogourt.Mix them well.Add water.It sould be rather thick. Divide in four cups. Spread some dried mint and few drops of golden olive oil.Cool it before serve or prepare with cold ingredients İf you wish you can add 1-2 ice cubes on every cup just before serving.
