Delicious thin cut pork chops with creamed corn and corn flake breading.
 

Ingredients:

6-8 thin cut boneless pork chops
1 egg
1 can creamed corn
4 cups crushed corn flakes
3 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons bread crumbs (optional)
2 Tablespoons cornmeal (optional)
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix egg with creamed corn In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients Dip pork chop in egg/corn mixture Coat pork chop in corn flake mixture Place on baking pan for 30 minutes or until done.
