Peanut Chutney

Serves: 4
 

Ingredients:

First part
1. Peanuts (Roasted)-1 cup
2. Garlic 4-5 pieces 
3. Coriander leaves 
4. Coconut (Grated)-1/2 cup
5. Red chilly powder -2 tsp
6. salt as per the taste

Second part
1. Ghee - 1tsp
2. Cary leaves(5-8)
3. Mustered seeds
4. Red dry chilies(2)



 

Preparation:

First Grained the First part ingredients keep a side then in 1 small pan put 1tsp of Ghee let it become hot then Mustered seeds, Cary leaves and red chillies then keep it for cooling for 5 minutes then pour on the top of the Chutney which is ready at in the First part. Have it with a Dosa, Roti etc.
