  2          teaspoons  baking powder
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1           teaspoon  dry mustard
  1           teaspoon  cayenne
     3/4      teaspoon  thyme
     1/2      teaspoon  nutmeg
     1/2      teaspoon  sage
     1/2           cup  milk
     1/2           cup  unsalted butter
  2               cups  flour
 

Preparation:

Combine eggs and onions in a mixer bowl beat for 2 minutes on medium speed mix in baking powder, mustard, cayenne, thyme, nutmeg, and sage mix in milk and butter gradually beat in flour, until smooth drop by spoonsful into simmering broth cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until done in center serve hot
