1/2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp double-acting baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Add and mix
1 cup Mashed Potatoes**
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp minced parsley
Preparation:
**The potatoes should be soft and at room temperature. If they are not add a little hot milk or water and beat.
Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat heated to 365andº. Fry to a golden brown. Drain on paper towelling.
