Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken: 250 gms
Chopped onions: 4
Chopped garlic: 1 whole garlic
Chopped ginger: 1 inch
Pepper ground: 10 gms
Salt: to taste
Oil: 3 tbs
 

Preparation:

heat oil in a wok. add the onins garlic and ginger. saute for about 4 minutes. add the chicken and the salt. Stir well. Add the ground pepper. Simmer and cover the wok. The chicken will give out water. Let the chicken cook in the water. Stir occassionaly. Once the chicken is cooked, increase the flame and fry for about 5 minutes. serve hot.
