Tasty Ekeln Dinner

Serves: 10-12 people
 

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
2 cup of blue cheese
4 eggs
2 cups of mushrooms
1/2 cup of yellow peppers
1/2 of jalapeño peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 cup of molasses
1 brick of butter
1 1/2 cups of white sugar
3 tbsp of sour cream
1 cup of crushed peanuts
1 cup of vinegar
flour
 

Preparation:

This is a very tasty meal and healthy too! Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Then add rest (except for flour) of ingredients one at a time, slowly mixing. Take out a pan and sprinkle a desired amount of flour on the pan. Pour the mixture on the pan. Put in the oven. Leave it in for 15 - 20 min. Enjoy!!!!
