Peach Bisque

Ingredients:

6 Medium Ripe Peaches
1 Cup fine sugar
2 Cups peach chardonnay wine
 

Preparation:

Put peeled peaches in a food processor (a little at a time), dropping peaches into chute while processing. Add sugar, then slowly add chardonnay while blending. Super good over ice cream or just plain.
