Ingredients:

   3      small         potatoes -- diced
   4                    hot dogs -- sliced
   6                    eggs
   3      teaspoons     bacon drippings

Preparation:

Heat bacon dripping in a skillet. Add the diced potatoes and cook until almost tender. Add hot dogs and cook for one minute. Add the eggs and scramble all together as they cook. Serve with toast.
