Dilled Egg And Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

     1/3           cup  mayonnaise
  2          teaspoons  fresh dill -- chopped
  1           teaspoon  prepared mustard
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  6                     hardboiled eggs -- coarsely chopped
  2       medium stalk  celery -- sliced
  2                     green onions -- sliced
  6             ounces  cooked shrimp -- *see note
                        lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

1. Mix mayonnaise, dill, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. 2. Gently stir in eggs, celery, onions and shrimp. 3. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours or until chilled. 4. To serve, place lettuce leaves on individual plates or a platter and top with shrimp salad.
