Ingredients:

  1              pound  large fresh shrimp -- peel/devein
     1/2           cup  chopped green bell pepper
     1/2           cup  chopped onion
     1/2           cup  chopped celery
  2          teaspoons  creole seasoning
  1         tablespoon  olive oil
     2/3           cup  roasted garlic sauce
  12              inch  refrigerated pizza crust
  1                cup  shredded mozzarella cheese
     1/4           cup  fresh grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Cook first 5 ingredients in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. Spread Roasted Garlic Sauce over the crust; top with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Makes a 12 inch pizza.
