Ingredients:

     1/4           cup  peanut sauce mix
     1/2           cup  garlic chili pepper sauce
     1/2         pound  boneless chicken breast
                        sour dough pizza crust
  2          teaspoons  olive oil
  1                cup  broccoli florets
     1/2           cup  red onion
  2                     garlic
  2          teaspoons  cream sherry
     1/2           cup  cheddar cheese
     1/4           cup  corn meal
 

Preparation:

1. preheat oven and pizza stone to 475ΓΈ. 2. combine peanut sauce mix and garlic chili pepper sauce. 3. dip chicken breasts into sauce. 4. grill chicken until done, 7 minutes each side. set aside. 5. stretch or roll dough to desired size and thickness. 6. brush with olive oil. 7. spread sauce over dough. 8. sprinkle minced garlic over sauce. 9. slice chicken into strips and arrange on pizza. 10. spread broccoli and red onion over pizza. 11. drizzle with sherry. 12. sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. 13. sprinkle pizza stone with corn meal. 14. slide pizza onto stone and bake until golden approximately 15 minutes.
