Chili Skillet

This chili-rice and vegetable skillet dish is fast, easy, and tastes great. Pour, stir, and serve!
 

Ingredients:

1         pound         Hamburger
16        Ounces        Tomato Soup
16        Ounces        Chili Beans
16        Ounces        Sweet Corn
10-20                   Black Olives, Chopped
                        Chili Powder
                        Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2         cups          Minute Rice
                        Tortilla chips
 

Preparation:

Brown hamburger over medium to high heat. Add soup and chili beans, then stir in a liberal amount of chili powder. Stir regularly for 2-3 minutes. Add rice. Stir regularly for 2-3 minutes or until rice is softened. Add olives and corn, lower heat to simmer. Stir, allowing the corn and olives to heat to the temperature of the rest of the ingredients. Fill bottoms of bowls with tortilla chips. Add chili-rice mixture on top of tortilla chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chili-rice mixture.
