Preparation:
Melt some margarine (recipe calls for 6 tablespoons, but these days we use less, for health reasons. Just experiment) in a 9x13 pan in oven until hot and sizzling (at 425*F to 450*F). While margarine is melting, combine in blender or with a beater all the ingredients. Pour batter into hot pan over the sizzling margarine and bake immediately at 425*F to 450*F for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately with syrup. |
