Preparation:
In a large bowl beat egg and egg whites with wire whisk until frothy. Beat in milk, corn oil, yogurt, honey and vanilla until blended. Add flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda and salt; beat until blended. For each pancake, spoon 3 tablespoons batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook over medium heat turning once, 4 minutes or until browned. If disired, top with mazola corn oil margarine. |
