Coconut Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

250ml of coconut milk
2 medium size red onions
4 large garlics
1 table spoon of tumeric
2 table spoons of chille powders
2 table spoon of salt
4 table spoon of ground yello peas powder
2 medium size chicken breasts
1 pint of water/ vegetable stock 
2 table spoon of vegetables oil or other cooking oil
1 packet of yellow flat noodles
 

Preparation:

put the oil in the large cooking casserole sauce pan and brown the oions and garlics together. then add the tumeric and chille powders and add the chicken breast( cut them into small pieces). Cook them for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk into the sace pan and make sure its boiled. then seasons with salt.Cook in the medium heat and cover the pan with the lid on for about 30 to 40 minutes. serve with yellow flat noodles.
