Beef Fry in green masala

A perfect combination with nan or roti's.
 

Ingredients:

1. Beef - 1 Kg
2. Coriander Leaves - 1 large bunch
3. Green Chilli - 5 
4. Pepper Corns - 10 (add more depending upon spice required)
5. Onions(finely chopped) - 5 medium size
6. Ginger+Garlic Paste(freshly made) - 1.5 table spoon
7. Turmeric powder - 1 table spoon
8. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 table spoon
9. Oil - 1 small cup
10. Salt to taste
 

Preparation:

a. Wash beef well, add 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder and required salt and water,pressure cook until meat is done. b. Make a thick paste of ingredients 2 - 4 and keep aside. c. Heat oil in a non-stick wok and fry onions in slow flame until its really soft and turns light brown. d. Add ginger+garlic paste and stir for 2 mins in medium flame. e. Add garam masala powder and stir for 1 min. f. Now add the cooked beef pieces into the above mixture without any water, stir for 10 mins. Finally add 1/2 cup water to it cover and leave it for about 10 mins until water evoporates. Optional: You may add about 2-3 tsp oil and fry until the masala gets coated over the meat which turns slighly brown.
