Preparation:
Saute chicken sausage in oil over medium heat until browned and internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Remove. Slice into pieces and wrap bacon strips around sausage pieces.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bacon is throughly cooked.
Remove sausage and bacon pieces from oven and skewer apricots and sausage pieces with toothpicks. |
