Ingredients:
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1 C Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 T Lemon Juice
1 t Grated Lemon Rind
1 t Vanilla
1/4 t Almond Extract
1 Graham Cracker Crust, chilled
Topping:
1 C Sour Cream
Remaining Soup
1/4 C Sugar
1 t Grated Lemon Rind
1 t Vanilla
Cherry Pie Filling, opt.

Preparation:
Blend Cream Cheese until smooth. Alternately beat in 2/3 C Sugar and Eggs. Blend in 1 C Soup, 2 T Lemon Juice 1 t Lemon Rind and Extracts.
Pour into chilled crust.
Bake @ 350* 50 minutes.
Combine Topping ingredients. Spread on pie. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill.
Garnish with Cherry Pie Filling, if desired. |
