Ingredients:

10        medium        potatoes - scrubbed and cubed 
1         small         onion chopped fine
2                       boiled and chopped eggs
1/4       cup           pickle relish
                        Hellman's Mayonaise to mix
                        salt to taste

Preparation:

Boil cubed potatoes until soft. Drain and add onion, eggs, pickle relish and mayo. Mix while still warm. Add salt to taste.
