Grilled Herb Salmon Steaks and vegetables

Ingredients:

1         Large Bunch   Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
1         Large Bunch   Flat-Leaf Parsley (finely chopped)
8         Cloves        Garlic (crushed with the flat edge of a  knife)
1         Small Bunch   Fresh Basil (finely chopped)
1/2       Cup           Green Onions (chopped)
1         Teaspoon      Sea Salt (or to taste)
1         Tablespoon    Ground Cumin (or to taste)
1         Tablespoon    Crushed Dried Red Pepper (or to taste)
1         Tablespoon    Sweet Red Paprika (or to taste)
1         Cup           Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1         Cup           Fresh Lemon Juice
4                       Salmon Steaks (about 1 lb. Each or 1 inch thick)
2         Medium        Yellow Squash (halved and sliced thick)
4         Small         Zucchini (quartered)
4                       Portobello Mushrooms (sliced thick)
 

Preparation:

Combine first 11 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Place thin layer of mixture to bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Add Salmon Steaks. Add some of the herb mixture to the top of each Steak. Let stand for 30 to 45 minutes. Add the last 3 ingredients to bowl with the remaining herb mixture. Stir and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes. Grill vegetables first on a broiling pan. Next grill Salmon about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
