if you thought you couldn't make pie crust then tyr this recipe
 

Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
1         cup           shortening
3         cups          flour
1                       egg
1         tablespoon    white vinegar
                        water
 

Preparation:

By hand, or in a kitchen aid mixer with beater attachment, mix flour and shortening until it resembles small peas. In a glass measuring cup mix egg and vinegar, add enough cold water to measure 3/4 cup. Pour over flour them mix gently WITH A FORK till ball forms. Roll as usual. P.S I like to roll out leftover dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then cut in squares and bake at 350 for about 7-10min.
