Preparation:
1 Ground the Ginger in a Pestle and Morter until fine, removing the husk at the end. Empty to a seperate dish.
2. Ground the Cinnamon and add to the Ginger.
3. Grind the Cardomon, Corriander and Cumin until fine.
4. Add back the Ginger and Cinnamon and blend together with the Tumeric. If you are adding Chilli add now. |
