Ingredients:

   2      cups          plain yogurt -- or
   1      cup           plain yogurt -- and
   1      cup           sour cream
   1      clove         garlic -- minced
   2      teaspoons     olive oil -- up to 3
   1      teaspoon      finely chopped fresh mint
   1      pinch         salt
   1      medium        cucumber -- peeled,
                        -- seeded/finely diced
   1      tablespoon    fresh dill -- finely chopped
   1      tablespoon    wine vinegar
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in glass or earthenware bowl; chill for several hours. Use a a dip with vegetables or as a side dish.
