250 milliliters mayonnaise
250 grams water chestnuts -- drained and diced
5 green onions -- chopped (with tops)
300 grams cooked spinach -- drained well
1 envelope Knorr dry vegetable soup mix -- (a Swiss import)
Preparation:
1. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
