Ingredients:

   1      8 oz pkg      cream cheese -- softened
     1/2  cup           sour cream
     1/2  cup           lox or smoked salmon -- cubed
     1/4  cup           chopped fresh chives -- or
   4      teaspoons     dried chives
     1/8  teaspoon      white pepper
   1      teaspoon      heavy cream
   2      tablespoons   chopped onion
 

Preparation:

Beat the cream cheese to a smooth consistency and blend in the sour cream. Mix in the lox thoroughly. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip. Suggested dippers: bagel chips, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, green onions and figs.
