Ingredients:

   1      package       frozen chopped spinach -- thawed, drained, 10

   1      package       cream cheese -- 8 oz. softened
   1      can           chopped water chestnuts -- drained
   1      cup           sour cream
   1      envelope      ranch dressing mix

Preparation:

Blend all with a hand mixer on medium until well incorporated. Chill and serve with crackers or vegetables.
