1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice -- fresh squeezed
more to taste
Preparation:
In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
