1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix
4 1/2 ounces tiny shrimp -- (1 can) rinsed
and drained
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
3 ounces cream cheese softened
Preparation:
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium bowl; beat until fluffy.
Beat in salad dressing mix and lemon juice. Stir in shrimp and bell pepper.
Chill, covered at least one hour.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
