Fiesta Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

   9      ounces        cooked shrimp -- rinsed and drained*
   3      ounces        cream cheese -- softened
     1/2  cup           thousand island salad dressing
     1/4  cup           mayonnaise
     1/3  cup           pace picante sauce
   2      tablespoons   onion -- grated
   1      teaspoon      prepared horseradish
   2      tablespoons   green onion tops -- thinly sliced
 

Preparation:

*Or use 10 ounces frozen shrimp, cooked, shelled and thawed. Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions; mix well. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers. Makes about 2-1/2 cups dip.
