1 8 oz pkg cream cheese -- softened
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 6.5 oz can minced clams
3 tablespoons clam broth
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Preparation:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Drain clams, reserving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
Add to cream cheese along with other ingredients, blending well.
Add more lemon juice if too thick. Chill several hours before serving.
