1 teaspoon lemon juice
garlic salt to taste

1 8 oz. sour cream -- mixed with
1/2 package Lawrys taco mix
5 green onions -- chopped
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
1 small can sliced ripe olives
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
I suggest shredding cheese first and putting in refrigerator until needed- easier to work with.
Refrigerate, covered with Saran wrap, for 24 hrs. for flavors to blend.
