Parmesan Dijon Wings

Ingredients:

2 1/2     pounds        wings, trimmed and separated 
1         stick         butter/margarine 
7         teaspoons     Dijon mustard 
1         tablespoon    garlic powder 
2         teaspoons     lemon juice 
1/4       teaspoon      salt 
1/4       teaspoon      black pepper 
1/4       teaspoon      oregano 
1/4       cup           grounded almonds 
1/4       cup           parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add wings and fry until nicely browned and cooked through Lower heat and sprinkle with grounded almonds and parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a platter and serve.
