Ingredients:

   3      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
   3      tablespoons   vegetable oil
   2      tablespoons   fresh lemon juice
   2 1/2  tablespoons   chili powder
   2      teaspoons     Dijon-style mustard
     1/2  teaspoon      Tabasco sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/2  teaspoon      freshly ground black pepper
   1      small         onion -- minced
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced

Preparation:

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before using. Makes approximately 2 cups
