Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           beef stock)
   2      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   red wine vinegar
     1/4  cup           brown sugar
   1 1/2  teaspoons     dry mustard
   1 1/2  teaspoons     black peppercorns -- cracked
                        OR black pepper

Preparation:

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until softened. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 cups
